Phil Ray

Worked for the city of San Jose Ca. doing maintenance at the airport. From there I went to work for Pacific Gas and Electric and after 23 years I retired. I hired on with a company called Mirant, which bought a PG&E plant and worked there 5 more years and retired from them.

My wife and I like to go boating and fishing on Shasta lake, look for gold in the rivers and streams of northern California, and I like to shoot guns with my son and grandkids. I think my granddaughter is the best shot of the five grandkids. We like to go camping in our fifth wheel, anything outdoors.

If I had a bucket list, I would feel obligated to do everything on the list, this way no pressure.

I had a lot of fun in high school, I did enough work to pass all of my classes. I did like the school band, the Marching 100, lots of fun. The one bad thing was Mrs. Noyes' English class, she hated me and told me one time she wished I was smart like my older sister. After that I tried to make her class a real fun class which she did not like.

Two of many fun things were throwing the hub cap, and Shortys pool hall.
